These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WebsiteDesignOGS International website and the engagement of our services. By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
WebsiteDesignOGS provides web design, development, SEO, GEO, AEO and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms.
2. Quotes & Payment
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless otherwise agreed, project fees are invoiced in milestones (typically 40% deposit, 30% at design approval, 30% at launch). Payment terms are net 7 days. Late payments may pause work.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, access and approvals, and to ensure you have the rights to any materials, brand assets or third-party content you supply. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final, custom deliverables transfers to you, excluding third-party materials, fonts, plugins and our pre-existing tools or frameworks, which remain licensed. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately.
6. Confidentiality & NDAs
We treat your information confidentially and are happy to sign mutual NDAs. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information shared during an engagement.
7. Third-Party Services
We may recommend or integrate third-party tools, platforms and services. We are not responsible for the performance, availability or changes of third-party services beyond our control.
8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We warrant our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. Work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date are billable. Deposits cover initial work and may be non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to WebsiteDesignOGS International's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
